FOR TESTING THE INTEGRITY
Wit this glove testing cover, you have the possibility of testing the integrity of the glove and glove sleeve in a mounted position.
The test is according to the pressure decay system. The test cover is composed of an integrated manometer and a test cover, whose form fits the glove ring. In a measurement area of
0-1000 Pa, the pressure drop during the test can be determined.
To carry out these tests it is sufficient to position the test cover into the glove ring. The pneumatic gasket will be inflated with 1,5 bar and the glove/sleeve will be inflated, with the attached compressed air, up to 1000 Pa.
After one half hour, by observing the pressure drop in the glove/sleeve, determine if you have a leak tight of leaking glove/sleeve.
