SKAN production isolators for aseptic products are composed of the following process elements:
- Inlet and outlet air handling equipment in the technical area
- HEPA filtered re-circulation units with maintenance doors
- Work chamber with double window for air re-circulation
- Control cabinet with controls and data receiving
- User friendly operation
- Dosing station with modular vaporizing plate units for integrated H2O2 decontamination (SIS 700)

The isolators are planned, mounted, tested and accepted by the customer in the SKAN AG facility. After the successful FAT follows the installation, commissioning and qualification of the system at the customer‘s site.
