CONTINUOUS EXTERIOR SURFACE DECONTAMINATION
The E-beam tunnel guarantees the safe entry of containers with pre-sterilized syringes into the filling line isolator. This automatic E-beam system is especially suited for continuous processes with high thru-put, up to eight containers per minute.
Air flow
- Unidirectional, vertical air flow at the entrance to the tunnel for a particle free environment before the emitter
- Unidirectional, vertical air flow on the "sterile side" of the tunnel for a particle free environment after the emitter (Grade A, ISO 5)
- Direct ozone extraction at the emitter and transfer to the outside air
Transport system
- The container (tubs) are held on their edge and actively transported
- A special transport system of high quality stainless steel, developed for cleanroom applications.
- There is only one tub at a time in the emitter zone
