Do you need repairings for the moment?
It is quite unsufficient only to detect some defects, we have the possibilities to resolve them. We have a big stock of spare parts and resolve on site the defects of your equipment, even if they are ten years old.
Do you need equipments in a qualified status?
In sensible environments we provide you proven procedures of qualifying. In this way you have an informative and documented evidence of conformity especially for authorities and inspections.

SKAN-Services to the customer for laboratory equipments
Horizontal or vertical laminarflows need to be checked periodically for a safe handling. Don’t risk anything. We are providing the following levels of servicing:
A Check of the vital functions together with tests of the air cleanliness classes (ISO, GMP)
B Check of the vital functions together with tests of the air cleanliness classes (ISO, GMP), Leakage-tests of the HEPA-Filters (DEHS- Scanning)
C Tests according SKAN-standards with accurate HEPA-Filter-leakage-tests (DEHS-scanning), with independent quality controls, e.g. for the proof of biosafety according EN 12469, combined with the KI-Discus-test too (confirmation of the Aperture protection factor) or as proof of general operating safety of cytostatic-safety-benches.
D IQ/OQ, Test protocols and reports of installation or operation qualification
E Determinations of the air cleanliness classes (ISO, GMP), recovery-tests, air-velocities- or air change rate determinations
F Visualisation of air patterns with video technologies
G Decontamination of equipments with approved SKAN-standard-procedures (Formaline or hydrogen peroxide-gassing)

SERVICES FOR HFC, HFC-SH AND TOXIBOX
The personal and environmental protection have the first priority concerning the handling of active substances in form of aerosols and powders.This is of special value with our safety-workbench HFC.

The unique feature
Fume cupboards of type SKANAIR WORKSTATION are equipped with filter cartridges for circulating air. Harmful substances are captured at the source. With circulating air you are reducing the amount of exhaust air at two thirds and you are saving a lot of energy!
